Job Description

About the Role: As a Shopify Developer, you'll collaborate closely with design, marketing, and client teams to build, customize, and maintain Shopify-based websites. This role involves developing scalable and responsive themes, integrating third-party apps and APIs, and optimizing site performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes using best front-end and back-end practices Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement UI/UX enhancements and custom features Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and responsiveness Integrate and configure third-party tools, APIs, and apps to extend site functionality Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple Shopify storefronts Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Build and maintain custom Shopify apps or functionalities as needed Stay updated with emerging Shopify and eCommerce trends Support and mentor team members, ensuring code quality and consistency Must-Have Qualifications: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Shopify development Proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify theme customization Experience with Shopify Hydrogen and Oxygen frameworks Familiarity with Shopify APIs and third-party app integrations Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first development Experience with Git/GitHub and version control workflows Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Shopify Plus and headless commerce architecture Custom app development using Node.js or similar frameworks Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience working on international eCommerce projects Why Join This Role?
