Art Director

About the Role: As an Art Director, you will lead the creative execution across web, mobile, and print platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to bring ideas to life through compelling design. This role also involves mentoring junior designers and ensuring a consistent, high-quality visual identity across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction & Execution: Lead and execute high-quality visual design across digital and print media. Develop creative concepts that align with campaign and brand objectives. Brand & Design Systems: Maintain and evolve the visual language of the brand. Ensure consistency in design, layout, colour, and typography across all materials. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements. Present design ideas and rationales to stakeholders and internal teams. Team Mentorship: Guide and support junior designers to elevate design output. Provide feedback and foster a culture of creative excellence. Qualifications: Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in visual or graphic design roles. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Have: Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Familiarity with animation, transitions, and motion graphics. Experience working in agile teams or startup environments.
