Front Office Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

• Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of front office operations.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems or complaints professionally and courteously.

• Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications is essential.
