Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at The Leela Bhartiya City in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in front office operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure seamless customer service.
Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaint resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a positive and professional image.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of front office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong leadership and team management skills, inspiring and motivating staff to achieve exceptional results.
