Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Grand Imperia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve front office efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all guests have a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues professionally.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with staff and guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
