Job Description

Role Overview: You will be leading the front office operations to ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs while managing reservations using IDS Software. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and staff efficiency. Your responsibilities will involve training and supervising front office team members, handling VIP check-ins and guest complaints, managing daily reservations and reports in IDS Software, coordinating with housekeeping and F&B teams, and monitoring room availability and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead front office operations to ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs - Manage reservations using IDS Software - Train and supervise front office team members - Handle VIP check-ins and guest complaints - Manage daily reservations and reports in IDS Software - Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B teams - Monitor room availability and revenue generation Qualifications Required: - Degree in Hotel Management or a relevant field - Minimum 3 years of front office experience with IDS Software - Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and grooming standards Additional Details: This is a full-time job with benefits such as food provided, day shift schedule, and a performance bonus.
