Front Office Manager

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at The Golkonda Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations and management.

• Manage and supervise the front office team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and courtesy.
• Monitor and control front office budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance front office operations, including improving communication and teamwork among staff members.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback, complaint resolution, and operational metrics.

• Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems, including reservation and booking software.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
