Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at The Ambassador Hotel in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and front office management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the front office team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and high standards of service quality.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Supervise and train front office staff on various aspects of hotel operations.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reservation software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of service quality.
