The Professional Services (PS) and Customer Success (CX) bonus plans are a quarterly monetary bonus plan based upon individual and practice performance against specific business metrics. Eligibility is determined by several factors including: start date, good standing in the company, and actives status at time of payout.
The Vertafore Incentive Plan (VIP) is an annual monetary bonus for eligible employees based on both individual and company performance. Eligibility is determined by several factors including: start date, good standing in the company, and actives status at time of payout.
Commission plans are tailored to each sales role but common components include quota, MBO's and ABPMs. Salespeople receive their formal compensation plan within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities
Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and courteous manner
Manage the front desk and ensure a neat and organized reception area
Answering Calls: Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person or department
Provide information to callers and take messages as needed
Visitor Assistance: Assist visitors with sign-in procedures, provide information, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
Notify employees of visitor arrivals
Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Assist with outgoing mail and courier services as needed
Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings
Keep track of employee and visitor schedules
Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
Assist with the coordination of office events and activities
Security Awareness: Monitor and ensure the security of the premises by following access control procedures
Report any security concerns promptly
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors
Resolve minor issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate personnel
