Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
