Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at STORI by ITC Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, such as guest feedback and complaint resolution.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and staff.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve complex issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of front office software and systems is essential.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
