Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE) Location: Quality Inn Residency, Nampally, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time About Us: Quality Inn Residency is a 3-star property known for delivering exceptional guest experiences with personalized service and attention to detail. We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our front office team and be the face of our hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures. Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain updated knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Monitor VIP guest arrivals and ensure personalized service. Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback for future reference. Assist in upselling rooms, facilities, and services. Requirements: Proven experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality roles (hotel experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, service-oriented attitude. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of PMS software (like IDS/Opera) is a plus. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Well-groomed and presentable appearance. Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
