Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Quality Inn Residency is a 3-star property known for delivering exceptional guest experiences with personalized service and attention to detail. We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our front office team and be the face of our hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain updated knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Monitor VIP guest arrivals and ensure personalized service.
• Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback for future reference.
• Assist in upselling rooms, facilities, and services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality roles (hotel experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of PMS software (like IDS/Opera) is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance.

Education:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
