The Guest Relationship Executive is responsible for ensuring excellent guest service by warmly welcoming guests, addressing their needs, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating a positive and memorable experience.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Maintain professional, courteous, and friendly interactions at all times.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
Handle guest complaints tactfully, providing solutions and escalating when necessary.
Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, reservations, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.

Requirements

Any Graduate
Prior experience in customer service, front office, or guest relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Multilingual skills are an added advantage.
Professional appearance and demeanour.
