The ideal candidate will lead the architectural design process from concept to execution, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and regulatory compliance across all phases. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the architectural design of large-scale high-rise residential and commercial projects. Collaborate with project stakeholders including developers, engineers, consultants, and internal teams. Ensure architectural plans meet all local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards. Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards from concept to completion. Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure holistic and integrated designs.
