Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at the Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as booking reservations and handling correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is preferred.
