Role Overview

We are looking for a Front Office Executive / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. The role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage front desk operations smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Front Desk & Guest Management

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally and guide them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.

🔹 Administrative Support

  • Manage appointments, meeting room schedules, and visitor logs.
  • Assist in handling courier services, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR and Admin teams in basic documentation and onboarding formalities.

🔹 Office Coordination

  • Ensure smooth communication across departments.
  • Provide general support to staff and management when required.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.


Key Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Diploma/Certification in Office Management or related field will be an advantage.
