Front Office Executive

As a Front Desk Receptionist, your role involves greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and professional demeanor. You will be responsible for efficiently handling check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Addressing guest complaints and concerns promptly to ensure complete guest satisfaction is a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor - Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately - Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly - Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions - Manage reservations and room assignments with attention to accurate booking details and special requests - Maintain up-to-date records of guest information and transaction details - Communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally and in writing - Coordinate with the Front Office Manager on special requests and operational issues Qualifications Required: - 1 year of total work experience preferred - Work location is in person Please note that this job is full-time with day, night, and rotational shifts.
