Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team at ITC Grand Chola in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless room preparation and check-in processes.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while performing daily duties.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and concerns efficiently.
Basic knowledge of front office software and systems is preferred.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization are essential.
Team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
