Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team at Radisson Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, such as guest information and transactional data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
