Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team at The Orchid Hotel. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the front office area.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies with guests and staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations professionally.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of front office software and systems is preferred.
