Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. Candidates with 0-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
  • Ensure the front office area is clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of hospitality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and concerns efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of front office software and systems, such as reservation and check-in procedures, is expected.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization are essential.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
