Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Baga. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, performing receptionist duties, assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication with guests and other team members, answering phone calls, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and assisting with Check-in procedures
  • Freshers may apply
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Base Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
