Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team at Hilton. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of front office software and systems is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is an asset.
  • Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, move quickly between locations, and work flexible hours as needed.
