Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team at The Leela, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. Candidates with 0-4 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including check-in/check-out forms and room assignments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and staff.
