  • Job Overview. We are looking for a Front Desk Executive with less than 1 year of experience to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our institute and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our students and visitors. This is a full-time position located in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, and offers a competitive salary package.
  • Qualifications And Skills. Fresher with less than 1 year of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism. Knowledge of the education industry and study abroad programs is a plus. Roles And Responsibilities. Greet and welcome students and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about our programs, services, and admission requirements. Assist students with registration, enrollment, and payments. Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping. Resolve student complaints or refer them to the appropriate personnel. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
