Who can apply:

MBA HR / Engineering Graduates passed out in 2025

Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc.
Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate
Lining up of candidates for Interview
Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline

Who should join us

The ideal candidate will have a combination of following aspects

Inclination to make a mark in the field of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)
Excellent relationship management / people engagement skills
Superior communication skills
Ability to work in tight deadlines
A very not so common attribute called “Common-sense”

For the initial 6 months the sucessful associates will be paid a salary of INR 20 K per month (inclusive of benefits)

Post successful completion of training the candidate can expect a permanent job offer for salary up to INR 4.2 lacs per annum
