Role Overview: As an Executive / Assistant Manager in Sea Freight Operations in New Delhi within the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry, your role will involve handling end-to-end sea freight operations for import and export shipments. This includes coordinating with shipping lines, transporters, and clients to ensure timely execution. You will be responsible for preparing and managing documentation such as BLs, invoices, and shipping instructions, while ensuring compliance with international trade and customs regulations. In case of troubleshooting delays or issues in shipments, your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end sea freight operations for import and export shipments. - Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and clients for timely execution. - Prepare and manage documentation including BLs, invoices, and shipping instructions. - Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations. - Assist in troubleshooting delays or issues in shipments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sea freight operations within a freight forwarding company. - Knowledge of documentation, shipping line processes, and clearance procedures. - Good communication and coordination skills. - For Assistant Manager: Leadership ability and experience managing a small team is preferred.,
