Key Responsibilities:

Indent Management:

Coordinate and arrange indents from vendors/customers and ensure timely sharing with the respective group or branch.

Fleet Coordination:

Follow up with the fleet team for vehicle details and communicate the same with the concerned branch for smooth dispatch.

Placement Updates:

Ensure early morning placement status is updated regularly on the designated WhatsApp group for visibility.

Operational Support:

Actively intervene and assist with all daily operational queries to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.

SOP Briefing to Brokers/Transporters:

Before vehicle placement, brief brokers/transporters on company SOPs—especially regarding seal cases and claim policies.

Mail Escalation & Updates:

Send timely email updates in case of vehicle delays, overloading, detention, or other operational exceptions.

Weight Slip Collection:

Ensure collection and verification of weight slips before updating manual documents to maintain record accuracy.

MIS Reporting:

Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports for contractual clients, highlighting key operational metrics.

Market Development:

Conduct field visits to explore and onboard new vendors/customers as per business requirements.

Vehicle Availability Tracking:

Monitor and verify the branch-wise vehicle availability report to ensure resource optimization.

Client Communication (NCR Region):

Send timely updates to NCR-based contractual clients in case of delays or breakdowns to avoid freight deductions.

Proficiency in WhatsApp/email communication and basic reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
