Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Freight Manager will handle day-to-day operations related to export and import logistics, ensuring smooth freight forwarding processes, managing ocean freight logistics, and coordinating with customers to provide excellent customer service. The role includes overseeing import/export documentation, liaising with customs and shipping partners, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling Ocean Freight logistics
• Knowledge of Export and Import regulations and processes
• Customer Service skills for managing client interactions and queries
• Proficiency in documentation related to freight and trade logistics
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
