highly motivated and detail-oriented Freight Forwarder

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end international freight movements (air, ocean, and road).
• Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and verify documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
• Track and monitor shipments; provide proactive updates to clients.
• Negotiate rates and optimize routing based on cost, time, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and overseas agents.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with shipping platforms and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments at once.
• [Optional: FIATA / IATA / NVOCC certification is a plus.]
