We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Freight Forwarder to join our growing logistics team. As a Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for managing international and domestic shipments, ensuring smooth coordination between shippers, carriers, and customs authorities. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute end-to-end international freight movements (air, ocean, and road). Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and verify documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations. Track and monitor shipments; provide proactive updates to clients. Negotiate rates and optimize routing based on cost, time, and reliability. Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and Incoterms. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and overseas agents. ✅ Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics. Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and customs procedures. Familiarity with shipping platforms and TMS (Transportation Management Systems). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments at once.
