Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.


Supply Planning Specialist.


Key Responsibilities :-

  • Develop and execute effective supply plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
  • Work closely with production, procurement, logistics, and factory teams to ensure seamless coordination and on-time delivery.
  • Use SAP to manage and monitor supply chain data, inventory movements, and production schedules.
  • Analyze data using advanced Excel tools to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid excess and stockouts, ensuring healthy inventory turnover.
  • Drive the S&OP process with cross-functional teams to align supply with demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply constraints and bottlenecks.
  • Generate periodic reports and dashboards to provide visibility into supply chain performance metrics.


Please Note - This is a Hybrid role based out of Mumbai


Skills Required

  • 7–8 years of hands-on experience in supply planning, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP (MM/PP modules preferred) for planning and inventory control.
  • Strong command of Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data analysis).
  • In-depth knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
