Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR consulting services.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients across industries.

Pitch services such as Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, Payroll, Performance Manaagement

Set up and attend client meetings (virtual or physical) and follow through until deal closure.

Develop proposals in collaboration with internal teams.

Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to refine service offerings.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in HR or staffing domain).

Strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers (HR Heads, Founders, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Comfortable with remote/flexible working.

Compensation:

Attractive Commission on every successful lead conversion.

Incentives for exceeding targets.

No fixed salary; pay purely based on performance.

Location: Remote / Pan India
