About The Role:

Freelance Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Promote and pitch our Digital Marketing Courses to interested learners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable course options.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads provided or self-generated.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until enrollment completion.
• Meet weekly enrollment targets (flexible and achievable).
• Maintain basic documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Represent the institute professionally with excellent communication.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in sales, telecalling, BDE, or counseling preferred.
• Ability to handle objections confidently.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing courses (training will be provided).
• Smartphone + good internet connection.
• Self-driven and result-oriented personality.
