Hiring for a reputed Company in Power Electronics
Location : Vishakapatnam
Experience: 15 to 18 Years
Budget: 40 Lpa ( Including 20% variable)
Job Description:
1.Lead the end-to-end production unit of our electronics manufacturing and system integration facility
2. Strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing, supply chain, assembly, quality, and delivery
of wireless and automation based equipment
3. Lead and manage production planning, scheduling, and execution for electronic assembly & system integration
4. Implement lean manufacturing and 5S methodologies to enhance efficiency
5. Drive continuous improvement in yield, throughput, and quality across the plant
6. Ensure compliance with EHS and ISO standards
7. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on NPI and system integration of wireless & automation devices
8. Monitor KPIs and ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Experience
Deep experience in managing high-mix, low-to medium volume electronic assembly lines,
preferably in EMS or OEM setups
2. BE/ B Tech in Electronics or Electrical (MBA preferred)
3. 15+ years of experience in EMS/ automation/ electronic systems manufacturing
4. Strong knowledge of SMT/ surface mounted technology, THT/ through hole technology, and
system-level integration
5. Proficiency in ERP, production analytics, and process automation
