We are looking for a proactive and confident Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our business growth through client outreach, onboarding, and service coordination. This is a contract-based position with flexible working hours and no target pressure, suitable for individuals who can manage communication and documentation efficiently.
Present the company’s services to prospective clients.
Communicate offerings clearly, confidently, and professionally.
Assist new clients throughout the onboarding process.
Ensure completion of required documentation and compliance steps.
Understand and document client requirements accurately.
Coordinate internally for follow-ups and timely updates.
Support internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of promised services.
Serve as a communication bridge between clients and delivery teams when needed.
Collect and record client feedback to help improve service quality.
Prepare periodic feedback reports and share insights with the internal team.
Maintain all work records using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and internal tools.
Attend virtual meetings and discussions as required.
Suggested working time: 4 hours per day (approx. 24 hours per week)
Flexible schedule based on mutual understanding and client availability
No targets, performance is measured by professionalism, communication, and task completion
As this is a freelance/independent contractor role, it does not constitute full-time employment under Indian labour laws and does not include employee benefits like PF, ESIC, paid leave, etc. The contractor manages their own working setup and schedule.
Duration: 3 months from the date of signing
Renewal: Based on performance, reliability, and overall contribution
Incentive payout: Processed after revenue is successfully credited to the company’s bank account
Either party may choose not to renew upon completion of the contract period
