Job Title: AWS Sales Professional

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5 - 8 years

Budget: Below 15LPA

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads through events, cold calling, email marketing, and other outreach methods.

  • Identify and engage potential customers to promote AWS services and solutions.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Solution Selling

  • Understand customer needs and craft tailored AWS solutions, including migration, infrastructure setup, and optimization.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Market Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with the latest AWS services, IT infrastructure trends, and emerging technologies such as IOT, Blockchain, AI/ML.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights into industry advancements.

Deal Closing

  • Manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals with enterprise clients.

  • Negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.

  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on AWS or cloud services.

  • Strong understanding of AWS solutions, IT infrastructure, and cloud migration strategies.

  • In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT & blockchain

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal teams.

  • Ability to manage complex sales processes and negotiate high-value contracts.

Preferred Skills

  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate / AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).

  • Experience working with enterprise clients across various industries.

  • Familiarity with ERPs like SAP and Microsoft Business Central.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices for cloud adoption and AWS Well-Architected Reviews (WAR).
