Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role located in Mumbai for a BPO Executive - Voice Process. The BPO Executive will be responsible for managing customer support tasks, addressing customer queries, providing quality customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling incoming and outgoing calls. The role requires effective communication and analytical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
