Job Description

We are looking for a Freelance Brand Strategist to partner with our creative and account teams on a project basis. In this role, you will help define brand positioning, develop strategic frameworks, and guide creative development to ensure consistent, compelling, and effective brand storytelling across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies.
Develop brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks aligned with client goals.
Collaborate with creative teams to translate strategy into powerful campaigns.
Identify growth opportunities for brands across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
Prepare and deliver client presentations with clear strategic recommendations.
Support pitches, proposals, and workshops as required.
Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and communication materials.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Brand Strategist, Brand
Consultant, or similar freelance role.
Strong understanding of brand building, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior.
Excellent research, analytical, and storytelling skills.
Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
Strong collaboration skills with creative, digital, and client servicing teams.
Experience working in agency environments is a plus.
Comfortable working remotely and managing projects independently.
