Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Director Location: Kolkata Reports to: Director Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing day-to-day operations and facilitating the smooth running of the executive office. The Executive Assistant will act as a key point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling a variety of administrative, organizational, and project management tasks. This role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Directors schedule and appointments Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Assist with event planning and special projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Experience with event planning or project management software.
