Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and post engaging short-form videos, reels, and stories regularly.
Collaborate with internal teams for campaign ideas, content themes, and brand consistency.
Write catchy captions, select relevant hashtags, and maintain posting frequency.
Edit videos (add voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, and effects).
Design attractive static posts, thumbnails, and creatives for social media.
Analyze post performance and suggest creative improvements.
Stay updated on current social media trends, formats, and viral ideas.

About the Role

Were looking for a Micro-Influencer (minimum 5,000 followers) who has grown their own social media page organically and knows how to create scroll-stopping content.
The ideal candidate is creative, consistent, and trend-savvy, with a strong understanding of how social media algorithms work to boost reach, engagement, and followers.
Youll be responsible for creating and posting engaging videos, reels, and stories while collaborating closely with our internal team for ideas and approvals.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in social media content creation or influencer marketing.
Minimum 5,000 followers on your active social media page (Instagram / YouTube / TikTok).
Basic video editing and graphic design skills.
Proven record of organic audience growth and engagement.
Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and social media trends.
Excellent communication and consistency in posting.
