Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative with Inside Sales responsibilities (30%) to join our growing Business Development team at Position2 in Bangalore. This hybrid role (70% SDR / 30% ISR) will be pivotal in building and nurturing a qualified pipeline for our creative and tech-enabled marketing solutions, with a focus on enterprise and mid-market clients across global markets, particularly the United States. The ideal candidate will bring 57 years of proven success in prospecting, outreach, lead nurturing, and early-stage pipeline creation for creative service firms, digital agencies, or marketing solution providers. The candidate must be a self-starter, disciplined, and conscientious professional who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. As an SDR, you will focus on research-driven prospecting, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, social media), and qualifying opportunities against ICP criteria. As an ISR, you will engage deeper with mid-funnel prospects, deliver impactful presentations, and support proposal and closing activities in collaboration with the VP of Business Development. Use AI-driven analytics to segment accounts, personalize outreach, and optimize timing of prospect engagement. Drive multi-channel prospecting (AI-powered email sequencing, intelligent calling, LinkedIn automation, social media outreach, event-trigger alerts) to consistently generate qualified meetings. Nurture leads through structured cadences, engaging content, and AI-assisted personalization to increase response and conversion rates. Conduct discovery calls, needs assessment, and articulate Position2s value proposition effectively to global prospects. Support proposal creation and early-stage deal motions, collaborating closely with the VP of Business Development. Maintain accurate and AI-optimized CRM hygiene, using predictive insights to flag high-propensity opportunities. Analyze performance data (open rates, call connects, pipeline velocity) and use AI dashboards to improve prospecting efficiency. Collaborate with marketing to execute account-based campaigns, tailoring messaging through AI-driven audience insights. Stay updated with emerging AI tools in the sales tech stack, continuously experimenting with ways to increase pipeline creation efficiency by 2030%. Required Skills: Relevant Experience: 57 years in Services Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales roles at digital agencies, IT services, creative service firms, or SaaS/MarTech providers. Total experience – 10+ years Ideal Candidate Profile: Exceptional communication is a must. Proven success in building pipeline for creative/digital service firms. Hands-on with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, AI assistants). Confident, polished communicator with a global mindset. Comfortable with metrics-driven sales culture. Keen to grow into senior BD roles.
