Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in B2C social media management, preferably within the restaurant, cafe, or food-related industry targeting the US market. - Proven track record of creating successful visual campaigns that drive organic engagement and lead generation. - Proficiency in content design tools and basic video editing apps to produce high-quality content. - Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. - Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience with social media scheduling and monitoring tools such as Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
