Job Description

Role & responsibilities

acquiring franchise partners

high-accountability leadership role

1. Franchise Expansion

Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners across NCR, Haryana, UP & Tier-2 markets
Explain the franchise model, commercials, ROI and business requirements clearly
Conduct online/offline meetings and push deals towards closure
Drive monthly franchise sign-up targets

2. Lead Management & Conversion

Handle hot leads where proposal has been shared
Build relationships, give confidence to investors
Convert qualified leads into
walk-ins, meetings, and sign-ups
Maintain structured follow-up cycles (D1, D3, D7, D15)

3. Meetings & Closures

Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects at office or outlet
Deliver strong brand pitches and business presentations
Negotiate commercial terms
Close agreements and ensure documentation + token money

4. Market & Location Development

Identify strategic locations for new stores
Evaluate properties, footfall, competition analysis
Coordinate with operations to validate feasibility

5. Reporting & MIS

Update CRM/Excel daily
Submit daily progress report:

Calls made
Meetings done
Follow-ups
Deals in pipeline

Track conversions and work closely with management

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have

38 years experience in:

Franchise Sales
QSR Expansion
Retail Business Development
Real Estate + Franchise combo

Strong negotiation & closing skills
Result-oriented mindset
Excellent communication & confidence
Self-driven and aggressive personality
Ability to travel for meetings
