Role & responsibilities This role is responsible for acquiring franchise partners , expanding new store locations, conducting meetings, and closing franchise deals. You must be aggressive, structured, and target-driven. This is NOT a tele-calling job It is a high-accountability leadership role with direct revenue impact. 1. Franchise Expansion Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners across NCR, Haryana, UP & Tier-2 markets Explain the franchise model, commercials, ROI and business requirements clearly Conduct online/offline meetings and push deals towards closure Drive monthly franchise sign-up targets 2.
