A Franchisee Development Manager is responsible for Strategising & Bringing in New Business through prospective clients which shall bring in Fresh Revenue flow to the Company as well as Manage the Existing Sales Revenue & Strategise to increase the Sales Revenue for their respective state.
Objectives:
1. Identify, Evaluate & Achieve potential sales leads through networking & online research
2. Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new & existing partners
3. Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
4. Build an understanding of the Brand, Company & Products to effectively present to Clients
5. Setting Targets, Collaborating with teams to achieve targets & goals Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to any issues that affect sales
2. Hire, onboard & train new team members in sales team with the building of revenue flow
3. Oversee growth of assigned markets & clients
4. Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
5. Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable Key Performance Indicators
6. Build & Track New business Trajectory & Growth as per Projections
