Role & responsibilities Develop and execute franchise acquisition strategies in alignment with company growth targets. Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners across target cities. Build strong relationships with prospective investors, landlords, and partners. Prepare business proposals, financial models, and presentations for franchise prospects. Negotiate terms, agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding of new franchise partners. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, legal) for end-to-end franchise support. Track and report franchise performance, pipeline, and growth metrics. Represent Coworking Studio at industry events, expos, and networking forums to generate leads. Preferred candidate profile • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). • 3–6 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or real estate/coworking sector. • Strong understanding of franchise models, investment structures, and ROI calculations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Proven track record of achieving business expansion or franchise sales targets. • Ability to travel extensively across Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
