Job Title: Franchise ManagerLocation: all over india Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–7 Years (Franchising / Business Development) Job SummaryThe Franchise Manager is responsible for developing, expanding, and managing the company’s franchise network. This role acts as a bridge between the company and franchise owners, ensuring smooth operations, business growth, brand consistency, and achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities1. Franchise Development & ExpansionIdentify potential franchise opportunities and conduct market research Approach and evaluate prospective franchise partners Manage the complete franchise onboarding and approval process Oversee franchise agreements, financial models, and legal documentation 2. Franchise Operations ManagementMonitor daily operations of franchise outlets Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and company policies Analyze franchise performance, KPIs, and sales reports Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements 3. Training & SupportOrganize training for new franchise owners and their staff Provide guidance on company systems, procedures, and updates Support franchisees in sales, marketing, and customer service practices 4. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, professional relationships with franchise owners Address franchisee concerns and business needs promptly Maintain smooth communication between franchisees and the head office 5.
