Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager based in Lucknow. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential franchise partners, effectively managing the franchise sales process from lead generation to closures. The role involves developing business plans, guiding new franchisees, and maintaining strong communication to ensure successful partnerships and alignment with the brand’s vision. Additionally, the Franchise Sales Manager will support franchisees in achieving growth and ensuring mutual success.
